If you are using a custom domain name, you must turn off domain masking so that our site will work properly. The list provided is for a GoDaddy.com account, however, every domain registrar has the same concept and this should provide helpful.

1. Log in to your GoDaddy account and go to "My Account"
2. Click "Manage Domains" under My Products.
3. Click on your domain name (i.e. mysite.com)
4. Click the link under "Forwarding"
5. Select the "Masking" tab
6. Uncheck "Mask Domain"
7. Click "OK" on the right.
