How do I cancel my membership?

You can easily cancel or modify your membership in your account online. Click here to go there now. (You must be logged in for this link to work properly). Canceling your membership will change it from Premier to Basic. If you would like your Basic account completely closed, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-694-3763 or support@heritagemakers.com.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on "Modify" at the top left next to Premier Membership. You can also click on My Studio Menu>>My Account.
  1. Under "Membership Information," click on "Cancel Membership."
  2. Select "Cancel Membership."







Please note that your membership will remain active until the end of your purchased membership period.

You can also change your renewal preferences by clicking on "Change Renewal Preferences." You can then select the type of renewal you prefer. You can also update your payment information by clicking on "Update Payment Information."






Q: What if there is no "Cancel Membership" or "Change Renewal Preferences" link?
A: You may not have a Premier Membership. Check to see if it says "Purchase Premier Membership" or if it says "You are currently a Basic member.”
