Friday:
6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Director Only dutch dinner
7:30 – 10:00 p.m. General Session

Saturday:
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon General Session
12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Lunch (price included in your registration fee.)
1:00 – 4:00 p.m. General Session

To register for this event go to Place Order and enter the item code for the event that you would like to attend. Event registration is non-transferable between events. For example, if you register for the Charlotte regional, you must attend the Charlotte regional. If the item code is ordered as a celebration order, the registration will not count.

Cost is $50 for early registration, $75 after early registration ends.

Early Bird Registration of $50 must be ordered and paid by the early bird registration deadline listed for the event you would like to register for. After that date the regular registration of $75 will apply.

Registration includes Friday evening meetings (excluding dinner), all day Saturday meetings, lunch, name badge and any hand outs that are available. Any attendee wishing to attend only Friday or only Saturday will still need to register for the full amount.

Participants registering 7 days prior to the event will be not be included in event recognition or pre-printed materials (printed name badge, etc).

In order for any guests of yours to count for the Regional pin or charm or the special prize, the guest must be a personal client or a personal consultant. If the guest is a personal consultant, the consultant must have signed up on or after 2/1/08 to be a guest. Any consultant who signed up before 2/1/08 will not be considered a guest for these prizes. There are no time restrictions for clients. A client guest cannot also be a consultant to count as a guest for the prizes.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. After that date participants will receive a 50% refund up to but not including the day of the event (Friday). No shows will receive no refund or transfer to another event.

Registration for an event means that the participant has read and agrees to the above policies and procedures.
