FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Q: How does a client register for Regionals?
A: The client's consultant can place a registration order in Virtual Office under "Individual Order" (NOT "Celebration Order"). Consultants can click here for more instructions on how to register in Virtual Office.

Q: Where can I find hotel information?
A: In the Policies and Procedures page or by clicking here.

Q: Do I need to be a part of The Neighborhood incentive in order to participate in the Carpool incentive to receive the Regional pin or charm?
A: No, you only need to bring a personally sponsored consultant that signed up on or after February 1, 2008 or bring a guest that's not an immediate family member.

Q: Do my three guests need to sign up for The Neighborhood incentive to count as a guest at Regionals?
A:No, they don't need to "move in" to the neighborhood to count as a guest for Regionals.

Q: Who can be one of my guests?
A: A guest can be a personal client of yours. They can also be personally sponsored consultant who signed up on or after 2/1/08. A guest cannot be a client or consultant of someone else.

Q: Are there any limitations to who my guest can be to qualify for the Regional pin or charm?
A: Yes, your guest needs to be registered and attend the same Regional event as you, they must be at least 18 years old, and they cannot be immediate family (same household).

Q: Does my guest have to pay for the registration?
A: Yes, they will need to register and pay the registration fee.

Q: Can I get a refund if I can't go?
A: Yes, you will need to call Customer Support to cancel your registration. If you are cancelling 14 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund. After that date participants will receive a 50% refund up to but not including the day of the event (Friday). No shows will receive no refund or transfer to another event.

Q: Can I attend just Friday or just Saturday?
A: Yes, however you'll still need to register and pay the registration fee for the entire event.

Q: Do I have to actually carpool my guests and drive them to Regional for them to count as a guest?
A: No, but that sounds like a great way to save on gas.

Q: What does "Directors Only dutch dinner mean?
A: It's a dinner for directors and above only. They'll need to bring their own food as well.
