To earn this trip, consultant must reach a minimum of 3,500 TAC points to be invited to participate and receive a discounted event price. Points are accumulated from September 2009 thru July of 2010. All orders and sign ups must be entered and completed by midnight on July 31, 2010. Points are earned from a variety of activities.
  • Personal Volume—Orders turned in by you or your clients. Orders and workshops must be closed by midnight on the last day of the month to count toward that month’s volume total.
  • Performance Pool—Receive points for each share earned in a month.
  • Sponsoring—Points are given on all new consultant kit signups during the month. If a kit is returned, points will be deducted.
  • New Consultant First Active Month—Once a consultant you have sponsored during the earning period sells a minimum of 500 PV in a one month period, the sponsor will receive 100 points. These points are given on the first month of activity only and must be made during the earning period.
  • Fast Start, Pacesetter, Club 500 and President’s Club achievements—The points are given the first time you achieve the program or club.
  • President’s Club Monthly Maintenance—Points are given for each month you qualify as a President’s Club member after your initial membership. Points are not issued for qualification period or grace months.
  • New Rank Advancement—Rank advancement points are given on first-time rank advancements only. Director level points are given to those who promote to Director, Silver Director, or Gold Director. Executive points are given to Executive, Ruby Executive, and Emerald Executive.
  • Paid As Rank—Points are given based on your paid rank each month.
Consultants earning enough points to be invited to participate are entitled to bring one additional guest with them. The cost will depend on the total point level achieved.
  • No additional guests may attend.
  • Guest must be 12 years or older by the departure date.
  • Guest may not be another Heritage Maker Consultant unless they are also an immediate relative.
The trip includes the following:
  • Round trip airfare from a major airport within 300 miles from your home. Luggage fees are not included.
  • Airfare is booked by Heritage Makers.
  • Round trip transfers from the airport to the port.
  • Overnight accomodations, if we are unable to fly you in on the same date departure.
  • One inside berth on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas. Based on double occupancy. Those traveling alone will be roomed with another Heritage Makers consultant.
  • All taxes, port charges, and standard gratuities due aboard ship.
  • The cruise includes food, ship board activities, and entertainment. There are additional charges for soda pop, alcoholic drinks, specialty restaurants, some activities, spa treatments, and other items which are optional.
  • Special Heritage Makers events, activities, and gifts.
Other details
  • Consultant must be active at the time of taking the trip.
  • All participants are required to have a valid U.S. or country of origin passport.
  • Pregnant women must meet and comply with individual airline and cruise policies. The cruise line does not allow guests aboard the ship who will enter their 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise.
  • Infant children may not attend this event.
  • Cabin upgrades are available on a limited basis. The option to upgrade your cabin will go to the highest point earners from the previous year first. Any additional upgrades will be offered to all consultants.
  • The upgrade cost to a Central Park Balcony or Ocean View Balcony is $350 or 1,500 points per person.
  • The upgrade to a Boardwalk Balcony is $400 or 1,750 points per person.
  • Single consultants will only be allowed to upgrade if another single consultant is also willing to upgrade.
  • Points and rewards are non-transferable.
  • Unused points do not carry over to the next year.
  • Consultants earning enough points to participate will be notified by August 1, 2010.
  • Consultants wishing to participate must make a non-refundable deposit by August 10, 2010 to participate. All remaining balances will be due by September 30, 2010.
  • Heritage Makers reserves the right to charge or adjust the incentive details as needed at any time.
