

TEMPLATE SUBMISSION
Only consultants may submit projects to the creative center. Projects submitted must be original works of the submitting consultant (ie. not created or adjusted from other templates or other people's projects).To submit a template for consideration, the consultant must email a Project View to templates@heritagemakers.com along with the following project submission information:
- Name
- Your ID
- Project Title
- Project ID
- Project Type
- Total Pages (if applicable)
- Does the project include Premier art?
- Project Theme
- Project Description
- Project Keywords (for searching of the project)
Submitted projects are first reviewed to ensure they meet the template design requirements. Qualified projects are then put before a committee which judges the template's story/design and value. The project is then accepted or declined. An email is sent to the submitter informing them of the projects status (usually within 15 days of submission).
When a project is accepted, an email notification is sent to the submitter with an attached Template Agreement form. The agreement must be signed and faxed to HM within 3 days after receiving the notification email. The accepted project is then added to the Creative Center 5 days after the form is received.
